Vintage Phoenix China teacup and saucer set, made in England by TF&S Ltd (Thomas Forester & Sons). Features a striking multicolor floral design with an ornate painted flower handle and hand-decorated details. Thin green rims on both pieces add elegant contrast. The cup stands approximately 2.75 tall and 3 wide; saucer measures about 5.5 across. Backmarked: PHOENIX CHINA TF&S LTD ENGLAND beneath an eagle over a globe. This mark dates to the 1920s–1930s. Condition: No chips or cracks noted. There are some surface spots and glaze marks visible in photos—these appear to be original to the manufacturing process, not post-use damage.
