Both pieces feature heavy cast metal frames finished in brilliant, guaranteed 24-karat gold electroplating.This set has been carefully disassembled, gently cleaned to remove decades of vanity dust/hairspray, and securely reassembled. It has a gorgeous, bright, buttery-yellow glow and is ready to be displayed! Features a velvet/fabric bottom backing to protect your furniture.Hand Mirror: Ornate oval frame with an elegant heart-accented handle loop. Measures approximately inches long.Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The 24K gold finish is remarkably bright and untarnished everywhere. The original mirror glass on both pieces is completely intact with no chips or cracks. The mirrors show minor, faint age-related desilvering spots which adds to their authentic mid-century charm. The internal structural cardboard backing discs are intact. The cardboard insert was repurposed from an old cardboard advertising sign or product packaging card from the 1950s or 1960s!
