TIFFANY & CO. Vintage Black Onyx Bead Silver Filigree Ball Clasp Necklace

Vintage Tiffany & Co. glossy black onyx bead strand necklace with sterling silver (925) open work/ filigree ball clasp. The necklace with this particular clasp is becoming harder to find as it was retired long ago. Newer versions of this necklace the silver toggle clasp. Personally, I prefer the ball clasp. I think it’s prettier than the toggle and it adds more elegance to the strand’s appearance. Strand is approximately 16.5” long, beads are approximately 10mm, or one cm in diameter. Total weight approximately 56 grams. Please realize the individual scales may vary slightly. Overall excellent pre-loved condition. No flaws found on the beads. There is some stubborn tarnish in the fine crevices of the clasp ball and the clasp hook appears to be slightly bent. Clasp functions properly and securely. Measurements and hallmarks in photos. Comes with T&C black folding pouch and outer box as pictured. Light wear/marks on pouch. Obvious wear to outer box but it is structurally sound. Please review all photos as they are part of the description. New to Poshmark? Create an account with referral CrickettsCache and receive a $10 credit toward your first purchase! Signing up is free!
