This is a Brand New Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Liquid Lipstick.  Our liquid lipstick goes on opaque, dries completely matte, and stays on for hours! Available in a variety of shades to complete any look.  Cruelty-Free & Vegan  How to Use: For the best application, prep your lips with our Vanilla French Toast Velour Lip Scrub to remove any dry flakes and soften and smooth your lips. Avoid food with oil and no making out, kisses are ok! Start by applying Velour Liquid Lipstick to the center of your lips, and then work toward the outer corners  Velour note:  All my jeffree star velour are current and recent purchases and not expired. The velour product is notorious for getting rather dry inside the tube, but this is no indication of an older product. There are tips on the internet to revive the formula:  Insert tube into a mug of hot water for several minutes and shake vigorously.  If that doesnt work add a drop or two of glycerin to the tube and repeat the prior step. The glycerin will not change the formula.
