Kunisaki Glass Pen Collection 2023 Jade Vine Emerald Green Pen Rest Set

Kunisaki Glass Pen Collection 2023 Jade Vine
This is a set of a glass pen and a pen rest, handcrafted by glass artisans.

Quoted from the official description:

Many glass pens are made by creating the barrel and nib separately and then welding them together.
However, this Kunisaki glass pen is made from a single piece of glass. Shaping a block of glass to complete a pen from nib to barrel requires the artisan's high level of skill.
Furthermore, the absence of seams results in a higher quality and more durable finish.
The barrel of the glass pen features beautiful natural designs with flowers and gold flakes. Please enjoy its aesthetic beauty.

[Jade Vine]
The Jade Vine, with its beautiful petal colors like jade. Its mysterious hues and petal shape are unforgettable once seen.
Not only is the design impressive, but the nib, carefully shaped from a single piece of glass, is finished for a smooth writing experience.

The line width of the Kunisaki glass pen is approximately B (broad).

It can be used on various types of paper, similar to fountain pens and other glass pens.
Glass pens are not like fountain pens or ballpoint pens with built-in ink; they are a type of dip pen, like feather pens or G pens, that require dipping in ink for use.
The structure involves a groove on the side of the nib that draws ink up through capillary action into several fine channels when dipped, replenishing the ink supply.
Compared to regular metal pens, they hold more ink and allow for surprisingly long writing distances.

Tips for Using a Glass Pen!

Hold the pen at a slight angle, almost parallel to the paper, and write smoothly using the weight of the glass pen to allow the ink to flow, without applying pressure.
