This is an arc welder that Kouyosai Co., Ltd. sold with the slogan A welder that can handle welding rods up to Φ4mm for professional welding. The approximate specifications are as follows (refer to photo 6 for detailed specifications):

I purchased this welder to create my own metalwork pieces and have used it a few times. It has been used infrequently and is in beautiful condition as shown in photos 1-5. I tested it before listing (photo 9), and there are no functional issues.
The power source is single-phase 200-220V (50/60Hz), and it can be used at home if you have a 200V outlet for air conditioners, etc. (While 100V welders are also available on the market, in my experience, they lack sufficient power.)
It can be difficult for beginners to strike an arc (the welding rod sticks to the workpiece), but this welder makes it easy even for inexperienced users. It features a DC 12V detection control circuit that monitors for contact between the welding rod and workpiece before applying the main welding current (arc generation). Once contact is detected, it precisely applies the main welding current, making it easy to use.

As shown in photos 10 and 11, it will be shipped in its original box with proper cushioning.
