A leek variety with a compact growth habit and strong vigor, resistant to cold temperatures. Features a beautiful contrast between its dark green leaves and white stems. Its sweetness intensifies when cooked. Harvest height is 60-70cm, with a target blanched stem length of 15-20cm.
● Two weeks before transplanting, till the soil with yellow earth lime, compound fertilizer, and compost. Follow standard leek cultivation practices. Grow seedlings in the ground or in trays. Make furrows approximately 10cm apart. Seedling period is about 40-50 days. Transplant by cutting a furrow about 10cm deep. Spacing should be around 80cm to 1m. Hill up the soil as needed to ensure sufficient blanched stem length.
