Why not start with a small amount?
It all began a few years ago when I planted some of the bulbs I bought at a supermarket in Okinawa in my garden. Now, they are in a state where I can dig them up and eat them whenever I want, all year round!
We will send you small bulbs that were thinned out from the garden. If you plant them as seed bulbs, they will divide and multiply each year.
They are delicious eaten raw with vinegar miso, or pickled in salt or made into tempura.
The leaves are also edible.
We will ship via the 4th class mail service.
They will be sent without extra moisture, but they are very hardy, so there's no need to worry.
Some bulbs may be in the process of dividing, making it difficult to count them individually. Therefore, we count 20 bulbs by the number of sprouts. Thank you for your understanding.
