I received this item from another seller, but it was 200V and I couldn't operate it.
Quoting the previous seller's comment:

This item is being listed due to business closure. There is some rust, but it has been tested and confirmed to be in working order and can be used without issue. If you are concerned, you may consider repainting it. The mudguard was replaced midway, so while it shows signs of use, I believe it is in good condition.

I didn't notice until it arrived, but the pedals were missing.
I imagine if it could be operated, its power would allow for the creation of large items. I hope someone can make use of it.
