Anonymous shipping, ships within 12 hours, no pets, no smoking.

This is a copper tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) pan from the long-established Kyoto store, Aritsugu.
Due to copper's extremely high thermal conductivity, heat is transferred evenly, allowing for delicious, uniformly cooked omelets.

Features:
The copper plate is tinned (with tin), making it durable.
Additionally, it features a sturdy construction with part of the sides reinforced with an iron frame.
Excellent heat retention.

Interior: 10.5 cm x 10.5 cm
Exterior (widest part): 20.5 cm x 11.5 cm

Handle: 19.5 cm → Metal part 4 cm, Wooden + Metal 15.5 cm

I purchased this along with a strainer, pot, and knives from the Aritsugu corner at Takashimaya 30 years ago to complete my kitchenware set.
I still use the strainer, pot, and knives, taking them back to the store for repairs when they get damaged.
However, this tamagoyaki pan was too heavy for me to use effectively.
I felt it would be a shame to just keep it wrapped in oil paper and stored away.
As I am decluttering, I've decided to sell it.
The box is crushed and stained, so I will be selling it without the box.
There are some polishing scratches from my own attempts to clean it, but
the sides and bottom are very clean.
It is not listed in the latest catalog.
It is stated that copper and brass products can change due to their surroundings, including air.
