What is Wearable Bedrock Bath BS Fine?
BS Fine is a functional material made by encapsulating natural Black Silica, popular in bedrock baths, within polyester fibers measuring 3 micrometers in diameter.
By reducing the mineral particles to 0.3 micrometers, we have increased the surface area, thereby enhancing the mineral's efficiency.
While conventional warm fabrics generate heat or rely on thickness for insulation, BS Fine® warms the body gently with its thin fabric, thanks to the far-infrared rays emitted by the natural minerals within the fibers.
Furthermore, unlike conventional warm fabrics that can feel stuffy, BS Fine® provides a comfortable warmth that is dry and non-sticky, allowing for year-round use.
Since the minerals are encapsulated within the fibers, their functionality remains unchanged even after washing.

What is Natural Mineral Black Silica?
Natural Black Silica (scientific name: Graphite Silica), mined in Kaminokuni Town, Hiyama District, Hokkaido, is believed to be formed from diatoms that accumulated on the seabed over hundreds of millions of years. It is a precious natural mineral containing abundant natural minerals that emit far-infrared rays at room temperature.
It has gained popularity and is used in many bedrock baths both domestically and internationally, especially since the bedrock bath boom. Black Silica has proven applications not only in the health sector but also in environmental fields such as water purification, and its potential for further applications is highly anticipated.

In spectral emissivity measurements (far-infrared measurement method), BS Fine® raw yarn recorded values exceeding 10% across all ranges compared to standard polyester fibers.
