?Made with domestic bamboo: Aged after over one year of fermentation.
?Bamboo is not used in its raw (green, lacto-fermented) state, as this can cause nitrogen starvation (growth inhibition). Therefore, a fermentation and aging process has been applied.
【Ingredients and Effects】
?Bamboo was fermented and aged with lactic acid bacteria, yeast, and natto bacteria (containing over 100 types of enzymes and 9 essential amino acids), along with 100 types of minerals (trace minerals).
?The main component of bamboo is silicic acid (the same as the main component of soil). It is rich in over 20 types of amino acids, has a porous structure, promotes the establishment of soil microorganisms, and improves drainage.
