I've been using various electric reels and have had trouble with the genuine terminal caps tearing, becoming loose, or getting lost. I've been searching for a good alternative and found this excellent waterproof replacement. It can be securely attached to both the electric reel side and the power cord side.
Please be aware that many Daiwa and recent Shimano electric reels use 2-pin, 12mm terminals, and these caps may be slightly too large for a perfect fit. While they may be usable with some Daiwa electric reels, please purchase at your own risk, depending on whether your terminals are 16mm.
