Vintage Florentine Treasure Gold Wax Gilt Restorer Connoisseur Studio Dried

This is a vintage 1 oz jar of Florentine Treasure Gold Non-tarnishing Wax Gilt by Connoisseur Studio out of Louisville, KY. Originally used for restoring gold leaf and decorating antique surfaces, it comes in a small white glass jar with a heavily detailed, patinaed metal lid. The lid's original instructions note it can be applied with a finger or cloth and thinned with turpentine.  Condition Notes: Pre-owned vintage condition. Please note: The wax gilt inside has completely dried out and cracked into hard chunks due to age. This is being sold as a vintage collectible, shelf display piece, or as a salvage supply for crafters who know how to reconstitute old gilding wax (the label suggests thinning with turpentine). The metal lid shows expected surface wear, scratches, and minor oxidation. No cracks to the glass base.
