Traditional German Räuchermännchen (incense smoker)
N/A
35.00 $
Description
This vintage hollow hand carved wooden folk art figurine originates from the Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains) region of Saxony, Germany. The body pulls apart from the base so a lit incense cone can be placed inside. When reassembled, the smoke comes through the wide-open mouth. The price is lower than average because the item in the left hand is missing at the bottom. See the last photo. Other than that, it is very good condition and hard to notice.
