Vintage Mele jewelry box in rich burgundy red with ornate gold tooled decoration. Features a lift-out upper organizer tray, divided lower storage compartment, necklace hooks and gathered pocket inside the lid. Includes the original key, and the lock works properly. Measures approximately 12 x 7.5 x 5. Good vintage condition with light age-related wear, including separation in one corner, some rubbing/scuffing along the exterior edges and small areas of wear to the gold decoration.
