This highly detailed 1:64 scale E-One/Saulsbury Heavy Rescue was produced in 2004 as a limited edition of only 5,004 pieces, Certificate of Authenticity #4021 of 5,004 included & on the back of the Authenticity Certificate is the original Code 3 Rescue Company 5 history detailing the history of the actual FDNY Rescue 5.   Exceptional collector condition. The model remains inside its original clear display case, which is still surrounded by its original protective plastic wrapping and has never been removed from the packaging. The outer box was carefully opened only enough to verify and photograph the model and original Certificate of Authenticity. The protective wrapping around the display case has not been removed.
