Flamenco was too difficult, so I quit soon after.
These are castanets suitable for beginners to intermediate players.
Developed by Manuel Vela Martinez, the founder of Filigrana, in the 1950s, he was the first in the world to use fiber instead of the then-mainstream wooden castanets.
This model was highly acclaimed in Spain and became the origin of the company's current name. It is still the most widely used and loved castanet in Spain today, and is a best-selling masterpiece that can be called the epitome of castanets.
