Vintage 1960s Deco Room Towel Chain 507 Antique Gold Hardware NOS 18"

Authentic 1968 Deco Room 18-inch Towel Chain, model 507, manufactured by American Tack & Hardware Co., Inc., New York, NY. This wonderfully ornate Mid-Century-era bathroom accessory features two highly detailed round wall mounts connected by a heavy decorative chain. The original package describes it as: Rustproof Dura-Metal with Lifetime Anodized Chain. The fixture remains on its original retail display card, which is copyright dated 1968 and marked Made in U.S.A. The reverse of the package retains the original mounting instructions and illustrates the complete coordinating Deco Room bathroom hardware collection, including towel ring, tumbler/toothbrush holder, towel bars, hook, soap dish, toilet paper holder, towel chain and switch plates. A particularly nice piece for a 1960s bathroom restoration, Hollywood Regency interior, maximalist powder room, or period architectural-hardware collection. Condition: Vintage 1968 new old stock Deco Room towel chain by American Tack & Hardware Co. Fixture remains attached to its original retail display/instruction card and appears unused. Original packaging has substantial age and storage wear including discoloration, staining, creases, curled/torn corners, punctures, old price sticker/residue and cracking/separation of the clear packaging over the fixture. Metal finish shows age/storage variation visible through the packaging. Please review all photos carefully.
