Tommy Hilfiger navy blue polkadot wedge sandals with bow tie closure

These wedges are too cute not to list.  But they are flawed.   The wedge heels are covered with a braided rope type material.  In some places the glue seeped out and must have changed color with age because it’s now visible.    Would anyone notice that while you’re wearing them?  Probably not.   Could it be fixed?  Maybe?   Silky blue fabric with white dots.  Insole is a striped navy and white cotton canvas.  Never worn.  Women’s 7.5 3.5 inch wedge heel with .5 inch platform.
