This is a beautiful Double Handled Cream Soup & Saucer from Noritake in the Margo Pattern #464 in a creamy yellow & white with gold encrusted floral band, made from 1930 and is currently discontinued, hand-painted in Japan. Saucer measures 7 1/4 Cup measures 2 tall x 4 1/2 wide (5 3/4 handle to handle) This set is in very good condition with very little wear, no chips, cracks, or crazing!
