Quilt Hand Stiched Vintage Log Cabin

96x88 queen hand stiched antique!! Construction HighlightsInterlocking Prairie Points: This close-up highlights how the triangular edges are nested. By overlapping different plaid fabrics, the maker created a visually striking, saw-tooth geometric pattern along the entire border.Hand-Quilted Details: Look closely at the straight rows of dark blue running stitches cutting horizontally across the blocks. This confirms the piece is hand-quilted, rather than just machine-pieced. It takes an immense amount of time to push a needle evenly through the top fabric, thick batting, and backing layers.Backing Fabric: The solid white underside of the points creates a bright, crisp contrast against the dark plaid tones when the quilt is folded or draped. The Premium Accents (Increases Value): Both the Pineapple Log Cabin block layout and the three-dimensional Prairie Point border are considered advanced, labor-intensive techniques. Collectors and quilt enthusiasts heavily favor these features because they require double or triple the layout time of standard block quilts
