Vintage 1960s "MEN'S LIB" Neck Tie Rooster Novelty Tie Selber Bros Men's Store

For sale is a vintage 1960s Crested Clubs by Blanford Novelty Tie. This polyester neck tie was sold in the Selber Bros Men's Shops. Selber Bros was a regional department store chain in Louisiana and Texas back in the day. This blue tie features a repeating pattern of roosters with the slogan Men's Lib underneath. The tie has its original price tag, but I can not say for sure if it was ever worn.  It measures approximately 54 long and is 4 wide at its widest point. This was an estate purchase. It is in great vintage condition. The only thing to note is on the back of the skinny end of the tie, where it looks like the two parts of the tie have come unstitched - please see the last two photos. The back bottom of the tie also doesn't have a finishing stitch in this area, but that might be by design. See photo 6.
