Pottery: Mashiko Ware

Height: Approx. 20cm
Width: Approx. 11.5cm

This item was passed down to me about 60 years ago by my grandmother, who was born in the Meiji era. I was told that my grandparents were acquainted with Bernard Leach and Shoji Hamada, so I believe its authenticity is unquestionable.
I cannot read the writing on the inside of the box lid, but it appears to say Henko, so I have used that as the product name.
