Vintage 70s Givenchy Gentleman Suit Blazer 42L Academy Award Union USA Mod Dandy

Up for sale is a stunning piece of menswear history: a rare, highly collectible mid-1970s (circa 1973-1976) Givenchy Gentleman single-breasted blazer in a classic rich brown.  Crafted during the golden era of luxury licensing partnerships, this jacket was designed by the house of Hubert de Givenchy in Paris and masterfully tailored in the United States by the elite union artisans at Academy Award Clothes in Los Angeles. It bears the iconic 1970s Givenchy Profile Line silk label and features a prestigious Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (ACWA) Union Made tag.  The craftsmanship is spectacular, featuring a full custom-woven GIVENCHY Paris jacquard interior lining, structured 1970s shoulders, elegant notched lapels, dual lower flap pockets, and a traditional right-side ticket pocket.  **Condition:**  Excellent vintage condition. Well-preserved lining, intact structural canvas, and pristine labels.
