Game startup confirmed.

Immediate purchase OK. Price non-negotiable.
It's unclear whether the charger or the unit itself is faulty, but it won't charge if the charging cable isn't inserted correctly. However, it can be charged with a slight adjustment.
The last time it was used was 5 years ago, but as shown in the images, the battery can be fully charged and startup has been confirmed.
Also, when reading software, there is a slight whirring sound, but there were no issues with startup.
Please purchase after agreeing to the above conditions.
