Shoulder pads, elastic waist with cummerbund hook and eye belt, apron front top, balloon sleeves.  The cutest black buttons at back and cuffs.   Made in the Philippines of lightweight polyester with a slight sheen.  STUNNING colors - coral, rust, dusty purple, white, navy - with little dots.  .
