These are rain pants from the American outdoor brand, REI Coop.
I purchased them about 2 years ago and only wore them for about 2 hours during a hike when it rained, so they are still in great condition. The water repellency is also still sufficient.
They are a US size S, but in Japan, they are close to a Montbell M-L size. This is an amateur measurement, but in terms of length, they were about 2 cm longer than my Montbell L-sized rain pants.
There is one zippered pocket on each side. The sides can be opened with zippers for about 30 cm from the ankle. The waist can be slightly tightened with a cord.
While not well-known in Japan, REI Coop is a reputable outdoor brand in the US. They are recommended for those who want to stand out from the crowd with a unique style.
