This came to me with uneven exterior discoloration, so I cleaned it, re-dyed it in matching grey leather dye, conditioned it, and sealed it with a leather finisher. Rub tested with a damp cloth — zero transfer. Under close inspection in direct light there's a slight tonal difference between the straps and the body panel; in normal light it reads as one uniform grey, and it's shown directly in the photos. Everything else is excellent — no scuffs, no stains, no corner wear, zippers glide, hardware bright, interior looks untouched. Ships fast and carefully packaged. No odor — smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled storage.
