RARE BIRKS MAYORS .65 ROUND DIAMOND VS1/I WEDDING PLATINUM RING GIA CERTIFIED

This auction is an AUTHENTIC Mayor's Diamond Solitaire.   This ring comes with a GIA certification report.   It was purchased from Mayor's jewelry.  Mayor's Jewelry is a fine jewelry store and owned by Birk's Jewelry, which is the Tiffany's of Canada.  The clarity is VS1 and the color is I.  Band is marked, .65 PLAT MAYORS 1605401.  The band is platinum and done in a traditional tiffany style.  The diamond is round.  This is a heavy ring and weighs in at 6 grams.  SORRY my scale only weighs in one gram increments so it is inbetween 6 and 7 grams. This gia report was issued on 6/06/94  Comes from a non-smoking home.  The band does need polishing, but I will leave that to the winning bidder.  The gia report states this as 3/4 carat, but that is because they go in increments.  The actual size of the diamond is .65 as stated on the band.
